It’s a simple concept, someone dressed up in a snow man costume, holds still until someone approaches and then he moves a bit and he scares them. It works so well because people don’t expect a snowman to move, yet they’ve been conditioned to accept fake snowman displays in public.

This time the scary snowman scare Santa! Don’t worry, Santa gets the better of him in the end!
